    Default Common blue damselfly (Teneral)

    Tripod, Canon 7D Canon 180mm macro, ISO 400 + 1.33, 1/80 sec f11
    Each morning I search all around the garden pond to find a teneral damselfly emerging from the exuvia - always that bit late! (I have to confess I am assuming it is a common blue because that is just about all there is on the pond currently).

    I like this a lot with the progression from top to bottom and clean background. Wishing the next find has the right timing for you.

    With this composition, not to mention sharpness, who needs timing? Perfect slight angle to the reed.
