Like it, shows the bird in its habitat with some features in it as oppose to a plain sea bg. I would remove the oof water drops in the foreground 3 or 4 beneath the bird and the couple in the left hand corner, just one little one above the bird in the top centre.

    Nicely composed image William.
A beautiful bird and a dramatic backdrop.

I really love the ocean here, great colours and movement on that wave. Feels very "tropical" compared to what I'm used to seeing for these guys. I'm finding the strip of land at bottom a bit of a distraction though...

I love the energetic pose and the ocean BKGR. Image quality does not look to be outstanding and the face could use some selective sharpening.

Thanks for all the comments guys, really appreciated
It was a difficult shot to capture, I had to clamber across a lot of wet slippy rocks, as the tide was well out.(have to get nearer now using the 5D instead of the 7D). When I got near to the waters edge, the waves were splashing against the rocks I was standing on, after about five mins I couldnt see, as the salt from the spray had encrusted on my specs .

Anyway, I captured the shot I went for

    Thanks for having a look
