    Lovely bird, pose, perch and BG. Wish the perch had some of the stalk or were cropped a tad from the bottom.

    It looks like it has matured with age! Nice work Karl. I am with Marina re composition but still a very nice frame as is. Cheers, Ian

    Excellent shot! I like the vertical crop, pose and background! Agree with Marina's suggestion about cropping a bit more from the bottom.

    Karl it looks pretty good from where I'm sitting, bird looks nice and sharp with a lovely singing pose, very nice image.

    Hi Karl, lovely singing pose in good light, and I like the high placement. I agree, seeing some of the stalk at the bottom wont harm the image.

    Love this species of sparrow (of course, I say this of every sparrow species!). I like the perch and singing pose, good BG too. I agree with Marina...cropping to just above your signature would work well IMO for a better "anchoring" of the perch.
