    Very nice shot, how big is the crop? A little short on detail in the head and body but I suspect you were a reasonable distance away to maximise DOF (??) I would tone down the highlights on the twig and have you been brushing with green? Part of the antenna looks a little rubbed out. I am enjoying these portraits!

    Hi Joseph. Very nice comp, pose, and background! I like how the wings are slightly tilted toward us - allowing us a better view of them. If you are up for a couple tweaks - you might try some selective brightening on the dragonfly's face and some toning down of the bright tip of the twig. Overall, this is nicely done!
