I think these may be Hyacinth blooms, I will have to go back when they come out. Textures and effects from Belle Fleur, the best textures I have found in a while. The BG was grass which made it easier to add textures.

This is super creative with the framing and music notes! The saturated green bkgd pulls the different elements together plus really lets the pink flower buds pop out! I love the look of a botanical print and this is that and then some!

Very nice image and application Jackie.

My wife just got some of those for our garden, so I will have to shoot some for processing! ; > )

Like the image. Would be a nice greeting card photo.

Wonderfully creative! I like how the frame only frames the flower. The green bg is just right, blending nicely with the leaves. Beautiful photo of the flower.

I'm captivated by this. There are some aspects of it, I must admit, I wouldn't have expected to work. However, when I see it as a whole, it's beautiful. The contrast in color of the pinks and green is especially pleasing. So is the opposing diagonals of the flower and the light lines in the background. The image has a nice velvety feel that is probably emphasized by the music staffs and notes and the frame.

I made a visit to Belle Fleur. She has some gorgeous textures. Thanks for mentioning that.
