I had high hopes for the migrating warbler season this year, but wherever I went, I heard "You should have been here yesterday." I may get a few more chances, but the season is waning here with rain in the forecast for the next 4 days. Never got any rarities; just a few shots of some that breed locally. Caught this BT Blue in a dark wooded environment, thus the high ISO.

Bill, Same thing happened to me on Long Island. (Day late and a dollar short!) But this is a beauty, one that I would love to have in my files. I have no suggestions for change, love it as it is, especially that typical warbler pose, going after the next bug.

Really nice pose and I like the detail in this. You must have gotten pretty close. The perch and the soft natural BG look great also. Nice frame Bill

Beautiful capture, Bill. Very nice IQ in soft light. You managed to carry the detail in the blacks and whites extremely well. Like your framing too.

Great looking Warbler, nice pose and clean background, Bill. I only had tree Warblers this year as I was too early at Pelee.
