    Default Little Wattlebird

One from last weekend. I'm lucky to have both species of wattlebird in my garden. The plant is a native flowering grevillia that the wattlebirds feed on.
Setup and call used. Thanks for looking, Greg

The composition of bird and plant is amazing! Like the BG and good light. The color of the flowers and BG matched so well! I don't know this species but it looks me that the plumage is not sharp as the rest of the frame. Is it my false impression? TFS & cheers! Miro

Nice high spatial frequency contrast, an improvement on earlier posts, well done. Cheers, Ian

    A terrific image.
The brightly colored foliage works so well with this plain colored bird.
I love all the lines created by the flowers and the wispy branches.
A bit more of a head turn would have been nice but now I am being super picky!

A very striking and colourful image Greg, and perhaps, quite a 'powerful one with the content', I just wonder if it's just a tad, too busy and the flowers are reducing a little the attraction of the subject?

Your signature classy setup shot. Love it! A bit more head turn is about the only thing I think could improve this marginally.
