We saw these on one of our hikes at the Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania, USA, last week.
    Nikon D300; Tamron zoom at 200mm, f6.3, ISO 500, 1/320.
Processed in Elements 10: selective blurring of bg; Render filter>Clouds using green and blue colors, and stretching it out and up quite a bit;, Stylize filter>Emboss; High Pass filter; Kim Klassen Texture "Just a Touch;" CEP>Darken Lighten Center; red photo filter; more I can't remember.

    Critique and comments appreciated.

Anita, another beauty. You've turned a somewhat weedy and scraggly plant into a soft, delicate piece of art-no mistaking your style!

Anita I like the pastel colours and the angle. Are these the actual colours? Something about it that doesn't look like the rest of your work which usually has more contrast and deeper colours. Not my fav.

I think this is the actual color, but it may be off a bit. I appreciate your letting me know that this is not your fav of my photos. That is always helpful. I was experimenting with a softer look.

Just my two cents, always great to experiment Anita. Otherwise how would we get any better?
