Beautiful little owl perch on a nice rock. Tough BG though, but I think you pulled as much as you can from your camera for wild bird photography.

It's a handsome owl, I like the perch and the view of the talons. BG is distracting as Dan pointed out and the owl looks a bit soft. More sharpening might help if the detail is in the RAW. A bit more head turn towards the viewer would be ideal

please include EXIF with the image as well.
