    Hi William

    This is a nice image and you have captured the detail well. I also like the pose of the bird. If it were mine I would try and lighten the image a little as the bird looks a little dark. Also if this is a crop I think I would have left just a little more room at the top, and either more on the right or less on the left to move the bird more off centre.

    Nice singing pose, perch, BG. The exposure needed to be either bumped up significantly at time of capture (to the point of being high-key), or being helped with the use of flash. Agree with crop suggestion too.

    Nice shot the repost is much better, typical British weather - some sun shining but when it does it is in the wrong direction!
