Superb top-surface banking image of this petrel. I like the head angle, and the fact that it shows a few of the plates on the upper bill. This species filters zooplankton through these plates in the upper bill. I like the background - nice to see the horizon and well done that it does not intersect the wing on the bird. This is flight photography at the extreme - pelagic boat trip on rough ocean. Well Done!
Technical prowess is definitely highlighted in this topside banking shot. Tack sharp image of this small speedster. Well done!
I find the overall image quite dark and would increase the exposure or brightness.
