Light is wonderful , great IQ
timing and exposure look spot on
the open wings make it more attractive to look at, lovely image over all
It's as though the sun shone a spotlight right on your subjects! Super behavior captured, Grace. If it were mine, I would consider a slight corp off of the left and bottom. I wonder whether the male tried to maul the female after the act as they do down this way.
Grace:
Lovely light, timing, and the your positioning with the extra beach sand behind the male worked very well.
Per Marina, I could see a bit of a crop up from the bottom, but the sig always requires a bit more space. I am Ok with the left side as is.
Cheers
Randy
What a superb image, Grace. The mating pose has been very nicely captured and great to have both catch-lights visible too.
A beauty Gail, love all aspects of the image.

Thank you all. Good suggestions on the comp, which I will employ . Appreciate your help.
I really like this one Grace. Nice poses on both and we can see the eyes well and the open beaks add to the image. Beautiful light and setting. Well done.
