handholding, uphill crawling between sharp rocks, this bird is not very common in my area so I decided to tear my pants and skin (and who cares for lens and camera ). I guess some of you have much more experience with this bird.
    location: Croatia, mountains, this spring.
PP: removed few blades of grass.

    Thanks for C&C. Cheers! Miro

    Miro:

Sharp, well exposed, like the modest sized rock perch, soft background.

I might try a version with a very small crop from the bottom just to reduce the masses there a bit. Perhaps up to the top of the small shadow in from the right side.

    Hope the injuries have healed!

    Cheers

Bird and perch look great with good exposure and details. Bot crazy about the large fg oof rocks and for that reason I agree with Randy that cropping a bit form below would not hurt.

Nice pose, light and colors. Great looking bird. I would take off some from the bottom and the left.

Thanks Randy, Daniel and Karl. Consensus about crop, so I did it:

    Cheers! Miro
