Spectacular frame.Lovely flowering perch, look back pose, beautiful colors and very very nice composition.
If mine ,would remove OOF branch at LRC and half flower bud on extreme left side.

    Regards,
    Satish.

Hi John, nicely posed in the open, and I like the yellows of the bird against the grey BG. Im finding the comp a bit too squarish, so as you have already cut off some of the flowers on the LHS, I would come in some more.

I don't mind the "sluch", it's a wonderful shot John! I agree on what is said about removing the branch that is OOF, also I wish for a bit more eye contact.

Well done shot. Good light and details. Like the matching of flowers, bird and BG colors. From my point of view the crop is the right one. Cheers! Miro

    Very nice John!
I agree about cloning out the branch on the RHS and cropping ever so slightly from the LHS.
    Lovely perch and colors.

Thanks everyone. Much appreciated. I don't have the means etc to travel so it is nice when local stuff gets well recieved. If I had the means to travel to mesogambianobotswalafrangioano - or what ever I doubt if I would do much good as I am not a long range lens man. And at the end of the day what do you do with the pics????? These days I get more pleasure out of looking at my old stuff and the memories that will always be with them.

I actually had to walk 20 feet to do this ! Must be more careful. Didn't cost a lot either !
