Great image, Gail. It is nice to see the chunky legs. The wing position is great so is the foamy water at the bottom.

Hi Birthday Girl, great eye level capture, and really love the raised forward wing position. This also shows off the primaries so well too. You have nailed the exposure once again.

    Have a great day.

Wonderful image in this series, Gail. Like the bit of motion in the wingtips, and the stormy weather.

So now the Florida ospreys have adopted the "Reddish Egret" canopy-feeding method eh! Cool pose making for a unique frame.

    Very nice one Gail!
At first it looked like a bald to me. good light, pose and the raised wings are so nice.

What a great pose you have captured here, Gail. Love the wet feathers and the detail in the legs / feet is very nice. Oh, and that wing position is a bit special too.

Another great one, Gail. Although I think I like the first one better, the wing position in this one makes it unique. Well done.

Gail I love the wet bedraggled look, this sort of image is right up my street, excellent piece of work.
