Even with backlit you have managed good exposure along with good details, pose is nice and so is the composition
there is a hint of whites burnt out in the left , over all a nice image

Nice looking back pose captured, Sanjeev. The green leaf under the tail is somewhat distracting, it should go.

Hi Sanjeev, good look back pose, and I like the curled crest, together with the splash of red on the cheek. Moving to your left would have sorted the 'stray' leaf below the tail.

A lot to like in this image but that leaf under the tail really distracts.
I like the head turn.
I think a boost in saturation would help this image,
