That's a very handsome portrait of a handsome cat. The thing that catches my eyes is that the eyes are much duller than I am used to seeing in a cat. Was this an artifact of processing?

    Thanks Ian
I,m not too sure . I am trying a new programme that auto removes colour casts ( which is a major problem of mine due to age maybe !!!)so it may be that. We will see. Thats how the eyes came out so I didnt want to play around with something I know nothing about!!
    Thanks for your interest.

Hi John, very sharp and good details. Like Ian, i thought the color of the eye is off. It is Red on my monitor. The sun was obviously high and you had shadow on the eye, not ideal. The image is a bit too tight for me. Loi

John, the whites are really quite cyan/blue. Not sure what software you are using but it ain't working ;) It has also added alot of contrast, blowing some whites around the eyes for example. Otherwise it would be a nice closeup, just need neutral whites :)

Whites look decent on my end, Neil? Agree on the contrast blowing out highlights, and it's blocked up shadows on the nose/eyes too.
The head fur seems sharp-ish but the face overall is quite soft (eyes, snout). The eye colour also seems overprocessed, John?

    Thanks
The eyes are wrong, and the focus is dodgy I agree. but 8 friends of mine have looked a this and can see no cast. My sampling on the whites certainly didn,t give any although all whites are never"WHITE". There is always a little blue , or should be on a decent day. Why take it out.. If i wasted my money on Colour washer I,ll let them know. The best bit is- I could have gone all the way to India and still had a colout cast . Internet and phone only back on today after a week -hence lack of respones earlier/
    Cheers
