    Jay:

    The colors in the bg harmonize well with the feet, nice look back pose, soft light has really helped with the keeping the water and bg from being overpowering.

    From a compositional standpoint, I like the birds placement, but would prefer his head to be looking to the right, or possible a slightly different crop with more to the left, less on the right.
