    Default Sitting down for lunch

Another image of a juvenile Round Tailed Ground Squirrel. I loved his pose.

Sharpening in CS6. Near full frame.

    I love this too, Ian!

The crop works well for me with the little one almost in the centre. Love the light in the eye and that little flower he is munching on, sharp where it counts and the colours are spot on - what a cutie, and I am tempted to remove it from the screen and place it in my pocket!

    Kind regards,

Hi Ian - nice sharpness, detail and comp. The pose works well. Only suggestion is to tame the one lighter rock in the bg to the right and above the head.

Very cute indeed, Ian! Looks a lot like our Ground Squirrels.
Good suggestion by Rahel. I'd also add a hint of sharpening to the face/eye.

Cuteness factor is off the charts! Agree with cloning/toning down the spot on the right.
