    I can't really contribute much to the theme, I just don't really make time to photograph captive creatures at all, so I'll keep throwing the wild pics into the mix.
    This was taken on my recent safari to the Chobe river in Botswana. We put the customised photographic boat into this inlet where a large herd of Cape Buffalo were feeding on the reeds on this floodplain called "Puku Flats".

    Hi Morkel - nice scene with good detail in the skies. Were the buffs wet? They seem very dark/black and I think you could bring out a bit more detail on them. I do wish that the buff in the fg/center wasn't intersecting with one facing the opposite way. However, it's all about the low pov here which works well.

    Nice, Morkel! Agree with Rachel about the buf's a little dark but it's a beautiful photo regardless. Magic sky!

    Hi Morkel,
    great low POV and the buffs lined up are working good.
    I also feel the buffs need a bit more detail........I think a slight darkening of the sky could help the image.
