Another shot of a Bulbul with my 5D3+500 II+2X TC III. I am liking this combo very much. The 2X III with the super teles is SHARP even wide open!

Hi Sanjeev, I like the unusual pose of the bird in a natural setting. The tail looks a tiny bit soft due to DoF limitations which you may be able to improve with selective sharpening - if not it doesn't matter - it is still a fine capture. I also like the combo with 1.4x and 2x III options - it is so much easier to manage when traveling overseas and on arduous field trips than the 600 mm f/4. Regards, Ian

I like the bird, its pose, sharpness. The main perch is nice with fresh vegetation but I wish that was the only branch in the frame. Good techs and colours.

Very interesting pose, I like the nice sharp eye. I like the background colors a lot. Some PS work to remove the extra beans and branches would add to your image.

Excellent shot with a lot of details, Sanjeev! Yes, it seems like a very good combo as the 2X didn't affect IQ! I agree with Daniel that it would've been better with only the main perch. TFS

Fantastic details! Great pose! I also agree with Daniel that the image would be better with only the main perch.
