    Default Dusk in Etosha

I have a soft spot for giraffe silhouettes at sunset. I'm still looking for that iconic shot of the giraffe walking past a blazing ball of fire on the horizon, will have to return to Etosha for that.

Oh, and the leftmost giraffe is an old bull who was much darker in skin tone than the others in the BG...

Love the colour on the sky here Morkel, just a shame that the BG landscape wasn't flat for better definition, all the more reason for a return journey.

Hmmm, must get a key pad for the iPad. A sill otter is 'silhouette' by the way. I think I might have liked a full silhouette if there was no background bushes, as it is I would lighten the giraffe so they had a little more detail. Might be wrong, but that's what I am thinking anyway...

Hi Morkel - Lovely sky and the placement of the giraffes works well. I'm ok with the amount of detail. I think we all wish for that iconic image of the silhouette without the busy bg. It's one of the things that keeps us going back.

Hi Mork, I like how you have left enough light to show off the colours of the giraffe's, and that sky is simply stunning.

Hi Morkel, the sky colors are exquisite. I actually like the fact that you left enough details on the giraffe. Loi

Cracking sky Morkel, a real picture postcard image. I wonder about slightly lightening the RH giraffe, with the light & direction on the others personally I think you could afford to just lift it a bit, WDYT?
