Firstly, thank you to those who posted replies on the previous image.

Sorry, could not resist posting this one, I think it may also need a 'Cute' warning too.

This is the previous Little owl perhaps around 7-9 weeks old, just one big fluff ball, but already the hunting instinct has kicked in. Could have done with a bit more DoF, but SS & light was starting to becoming an issue.

    Cheers
    Steve

Far too cute even with your warning, Steve. Absolutely perfect as posted. Like the handle perch.

Now you are showing off Steve, faultless piece of work IMHO.

    Cheers Keith.

I have to agree, Steve...that little fluff ball is very cute indeed. The pose, perch and intense stare all make for a very pleasing image.

…..i mostly looked up and not down like this cute chap.
Nice one Steve with your usual good work in PP . Yep a bit more DOF would have taken this up a notch, but no deal breaker.

Really nice Steve. Being a Little Owl it is probably eyeing up a rabbit twice as big as the bird!

Not quite Andrew LOL, it was in fact a massive green caterpillar hidden from view in the nettles. This is one I am now currently working with, however the blackbirds were not impressed with the LO's presence yesterday and kept dive bombing it for around 10 minutes until the LO moved away.
