A New Zealand endemic with a wing span of about 2.1 m. The birds breed on sub-tropical and sub-Antarctic islands. The feeding range is from S.E. Australian pelagic waters to Chile and Peru. A very effective image, with nice colors, that particularly soft smooth look to the plumage on head and neck, the birds banking pose and angle towards us. All good.
