At the vally (where we go to shoot this bird) this bird come so close to us some times we have to shift back to get the shot or get the bird in MFD (minimum focal distance).

I like these types of tight head portraits. Great colours and BG (although some NR could be applied to it). Perhaps oversharpened, but I can see you got a tremendous amount of details here.
Yes to a tiny bit jangly but wonderful detail, a beautiful bird, and a difficult composition handled well.
