Hi Terry, nice specie (and unknown to me). I do enjoy the posse and eye contact, but i don`t particularly enjoy the contrast areas in the BG.
Nice duck, Like the exposure and pose. Good eye contact and light. I wish the shooting angle was lower.

Exposure and details look spot on, and you have a well balanced comp. Although a lower angle would have been cool, I do feel that overall this is one of your stronger images to date...well done!

Like the others I would prefer a lower angle, all other things look spot on ...
