    Love the near wing pose, the eye contact and seeing those talons. Nice feather details also under the near wing. A better wing position on the far wing would have elevated this image to the next level, but we can only do the best we can with what our subjects give us.

    Hi Colin, good eye contact, and love the view of the talons. I do like the feather detail from the near underwing, and I quite like this against a clear sky.

    details are nice, i love the pose and the head angle is one i love the most as i can see both those eyes making it lovely to look at
    the talons are surely on great view and add a lot to the image

    I think the datrkest darks could go a bit brighter, bur a part form that this is a mighty finy image! Really enjoying the feather details on the near wing. Great job.
