    Default Bridled Honeyeater

This is a tropical honeyeater found in quite a restricted zone in the rainforests of far north Queensland here in Australia.
Setup perch near water source. Thanks for looking, Greg.

Hi Greg, love the pose and HA, and how lovely is that blue eye. Good use of fill flash, and a great result with your high ISO. The honeyeater is nice and sharp, and I do like the overall DOF over the entire image. You certainly captured this fellow nicely in the open between the foliage.

Another killer setup shot Greg! Nice looking subject and I really like the blue eye color and the eye ring. Your usual great exposure and detail make for a fantastic frame. Well done!

Superb image! Lovely background with everything in perfect focus!

Greg do you use the Nikon 300mm f2.8 for all your images? This is the same lens I have right now and it is amazing the photos you get with it. I have the 1.4tc and 2.0tc... I may purchase the 1.7tc in the near future.

Splendid pose, perch, bg. Love that blue eye. Nice of him to perch in the open spot where you obviously intended him to. Very well conceived and captured.

Pretty much perfect. Love how the leaves frame the image, the bird is nice and the eye is intense. Well done.
