    I was at my usual place at the local harbour photographing eider, when this little guy appeared. I thought he blended in very well with the background of rocks

    A nice bird, it blends so well with those rocks! Thanks for sharing. I still wish there was some separation between the bird and BG.

    Hi William,
    Superb image of very nicely camouflaged bird with rocks. Nice pose, beautiful colour pallet. I like the placement of pipit in the frame.

    Nice shot William it shows the camouflages plumage to good effect. I would have gone for a wider aperture to isolate the bird more effectively - say 5.6
