    First and foremost, congratulations on your 3,000 post milestone, and thank you for all of your contributions, Frank! You have shared a wonderful series of grebes with us, and this one is a stunner as well. Love all of the feather details and the calmness of the water along with the calm pose of the bird. The slight bit of eye helps to add interest. I like this crop but not sure whether another crop would be even stronger. I imagine you tried them all.

    Excellent image of sleeping beauty. Beautiful colours, lights nice low angle, great feathers details and composition.

    I love the tranquility of the image, great job all around. There is just a small spot I would remove, located halfway between the left edge and the subject.

    Nicely done. Good job with the EXP. It needs a bit of CCW rotation. I wouldn't mind seeing the bird on the right side of the frame. You handled the REFL perfectly.
