    Nice wing flapping pose captured. The dark spot behind the bird is not the best but that's what you had.

    The birds pose if great and the exposure looks perfect. I don't mind the harbor background but it would have been good if it wasn't so dark behind the head.

    this is a nice pose, albeit would nice to see the head better.

    The image has a number of flaws that you can focus on to improve next time you are photographing him: unnatural/uneven BG that has intersected with the bird and is too distracting, strong yellow cast and loss of feather details due to application of too much NR which has given the feathers a paintery look
