    Hi Prashant,
There is a lot to like here. A pretty plover with a great smooth BG and a great low point of view (POV).
Your exposure is almost perfect ( a bit of the whites on the back of the neck are blown).
The main problem is that the head is blurry. It may be due to motion but it could also be due to your shallow depth of field (DOF). It looks like your shutter speed was high enough so I suspect the issue is DOF. You should have been at f 8 for this shot and the sensor should have been on the eye. It looks like it was on the shoulder.
If you are not anti cloning I would clone out the little blade of vegetation behind the plover,
    gail

I also like lots about this photo, but have to agree with Gail about f stop. I seldom go below 7.1 with my 7D and usually try f 8 if I have the light and shutter speed to do so. You might have had more tail and head sharpness with this adjustment. Thanks for posting this beautiful bird with a nice BG.

    Hi Prashant

You have done well to get close to these tiny birds.
I think Gail has covered most points well. I also find the OOF area on the left of the foreground a bit strange. Is it part of the same foreground the bird is stood on with noise reduction on it or is if in front of that? It is the transition from really sharp to OOF that looks strange to me.

A very pretty bird -- I like the simple composition. Good comments above, mostly for the next time you shoot. If it were me I would try to work on the OOF FG on the left. The transition could be cloned and some of the left side could be cropped, for my tastes.
