    Beautiful Kestrel, the bird against the white snow background makes the color of the bird stand out nicely.

    I like the hovering pose and dangling talons. Nice view of the underwing patterns. I realize you wanted to keep the oof vegetation as habitat, but I would at least eliminate the line touching the chest.

    Thanks, Gail. It was certainly my lucky day.
    It just happened by chance as I discovered that the person with the mice was from the same town and I knew him.
    My wife and I were invited to join and we did.

    Details are a lot interesting and the snow is perfect as location.
