A different type of great tit shot, but I think you need to re-process this. Your white balance is off and the overall look is a little bright. I have a lot to learn with PP but I've tried a quick re-edit, and whilst I've toned down the flowers and backgrounds which may or may not be to your taste, I've tried to make the bird look a little more natural.

There is a lot to like with this image. The pose, colors and details are amazing. The bird is looking a little oversharpened to my eyes. You can see on its shoulder where the feathers are looking crunchy. The background on this image just blows me away. Is that a natural background or did you use a backdrop of some sort?

Yes is a natural background. In the background are the same type of flowers. The photo was made in front of a flower shop. I was lucky.
