I had hoped to see one wintering in SE Arizona last month, but I will take this nice image! I like your vertical comp including the interesting perch and head angle (seems slightly toward viewer). Nice contrasting BG for the bird plumage. Also seems very sharp to me, thanks for posting.

Very nice Tim.I would love to see this as a landscape orientation.
I really like the way the toes of the foot are grasping onto the log.
