    Followed Gail's advice from my last post and have gone with a vertical crop. Prefer how this has come out. Let me know what you think?

    This is so much better Richard. But what do you think?
    I am a hard taskmaster so the last thing I would suggest is to tidy up the extra catchlight in the eye and tone down the RLC and you have yourself a fine image of a wonderful species.

    Richard I like this, this is being a bit picky but I might just do a bit more work on the Bg,I like the bird just as it is ,looks great.

    Lovely birds, never even seen one, Richard!
    Details look good, I would tone down overall brightest tones through an overlayed luminosity mask though?

    I like the bird, a little eye clean up and it would be even better. I would suggest homogenising the background slightly to make it less contrasting.

    Great looking bird, excellent details especially in the green head ant throat.
