An older image, but one I never processed until a few months ago. One of the only times I've seen these guys in their breeding plumage.

Handheld laying on a bunch of sharp little rocks, worth it this time!

Sharp with a beautiful feeding pose and nice light. What month? I'd guess late July.... I wish for just a tiny bit more of the very nice REFL.

I'm guessing that you ave been busy with school....

Great little wader shot and I like the warm light. I have to agree about the reflection. One of the reasons I don't go lower on my pool stuff !! Makes the reflection worse. I hate chopping them off. Luckily with rippling water they break up !!.
    Lovely shot though whatever.

    Yup, July 21 exactly.

I've been super busy with school, but I'm on spring break right now so I'm trying to shoot as much as possible. Just about to go and chase some songbirds right now! I'll shoot ya an email this week

Super light, very cool pose and habitat feel. Agree with Artie on the reflection.

Nice to see you posting again, Aidan. Lovely image with a light, low perspective and environment.

Wow! I love this Aidan with the beautiful contrast, tones, pose and dof. The pool of water and refelection in the foreground and line of stones put this over the top for me.

Aidan it's that super light that makes this image for me, full reflection would be icing on the cake, but hey! we can't have everything, your left with a great looking image.
