Hello, I'm new here.

Hello all, I'm new to the forum. My name is Fred Johns and I live in North West Pennsylvania, USA. My town, Meadville, is about 30 miles south of Lake Erie and is in a fairly rural area of the state. While I tend to shoot a lot of sports (mostly soccer), I have discovered a love for shooting nature in general and birds in particular. I've been learning more about birds, which I hope will help improve my photography of them. I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you and hopefully learning from you all. If anyone lives near or travels near Meadville - feel free to drop a line.
