Another kaleidoscope of a different version of the selfie. I used Photo Effect Studio Pro software on it for the bokeh effect. Then I used Exposure 5 which saturated the colors and tone and sharpened details and lowered opacity of that layer to 60% or so.

I really like this one too! The spidery tree branches add great visual texture & hold the design together. Love the addition of the petal design and the random bright circles, that keep the viewer just a bit off kilter! Wonderful creative images from an accidental selfie!

Here's another version with brighter color and other tweaks applied in Perfect Effects.

Hi, Judy, I like the OP (I like the muted colors a lot). This one reminds me of batik

Thanks Cheryl. The RP didn't look that bright when I did it! I guess I should've lowered the opacity of that layer more

Cool! I have KaleidaCam on my iPhone -- it's too much fun! Makes my shoelaces very groovy.

I prefer the softer colors of the original. The combination of symmetrical and asymmetrical elements works very well. Nicely done.

I like both submissions. They will make great wall hangings as you can blow them up to a very large size and maintain the detail. Nicely done...Terry Johnson

Nancy, the Bocca and color change produces a more lively image. The underlying features that drew me to the original image persists. IMHO the central circle still remains a bit of a problem. I loved your fix of the original.

I prefer the repost, though I liked the OP. BEautiful colors and shapes. You've done a great job getting interesting images from that original.
