Nice clear morning at our local ponds. Meet a fellow BPN member Miguel Palaviccini visiting from New Mexico and we had some active shoveler encounters

Glad we got the light to cooperate with us this morning. Looks like you took full advantage. Great meeting you too Glenn.

I'd clean up the top left corner of the image (possible cloning artifacts?). Otherwise, great!

A little fix to the BG as noted, but a fine flight photo…
I also might remove the highlights on the side of the duck.

Hi Glenn, great flight pose with the raised wings, and well done on bringing out the green sheen on the head, and agree on the BG.

Great flight shot! Nice details! I agree with above on the fix of BG (top left as well as below & in front of the beak).

Well exposed to guard the whites and I love the overall dark bg. Nice plumage on this fella and a good flight angle. I like the bird placement in the frame and the sharp details. Bg fix noted. Very well done Glenn.

Well done capture with fine detail and light-I usually have to add extra sharpening on the eye on these birds with yellow eyes.
