    Had been inactive for quite a while, but I finally got the chance to photograph our avian friends this week.

    Lesser Scaup (Aythya affinis, female)

    This is stunning. Really like the low shooting angle. The open beaks really makes the image. Super.

    Beauty of a pic, Mark. FG and BG are what we all look for when shooting ducks. The lack of a thumbnail is hiding this gem. BPN has got to do something about it.
