    This is nice, Doug.
    The bird is a bit soft (big crop?), but nice perch and attractive BG.
    I would tone down the bright corner of the BG.

    Agree the bird does look a bit soft, do like it's look back pose, perch and a nice BG,makes for a very nice image.

    Nice pose but the bird should rather be on the left side of the canvas, if you can move it.

    Lovely colors, and the pose shows his signature crossbill to advantage. I'm with Karl, that I'd rather see more room on the right than the left, if possible.

    The repost addresses all my issues particularly regarding the composition.
    The increased sharpening has introduced a bit of noise in the feathers- easy fix.
