Nice pose and scene here, Martin. I'd perhaps consider a crop from the top, maybe half off the green strip there?
It may be an optical illusion based on the reeds behind him, but they appear sharper than the lechwe. If it's not a focus issue, I'd perhaps rework and tone down overall clarity a lot in LR/ACR, then brush back more clarity and sharpness on the antelope. I'd also then enhance local sharpness on the antelope prior to saving for the web to make it stand out more.

Beautiful morning lighting on the lechwe. I see what Morkel sees with the sharpness on the reeds in the bkgd. He has good suggestions.

Hi Martin - Nice morning light and I like the comp. I think you needed more ss and less dof here. The head looks a little soft to me and I agree with Morkel that the reeds look sharper. I would also run some NR on the upper third. Finally, if it were mine I would reduce the overall saturation slightly.

    Rachel

    Hello Martin,

A very attractive image and I like that you included so much of the environment, all in all a beautiful tranquil scene-I might consider taking off just a tad from the top, but that's just nit-picking, thank you for sharing, Martin!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea
