    Taken at Point Cook Victoria Australia today.
    5d mk iii, 500mm mk ii, 1.4 ex ii, f8, iso 1000, 1/320 .. handheld.

    Nice low angle shot, nice pose. The only thing I find as a problem is the OOF rock in the foreground.
    Not much can be done about it.

    Very clean image, I like the background colours they seem to compliment the bird.

    A beautiful little bird, you've nicely captured the golden colors here. The dark, craggy rocks with bits of lichen and shell add a lot. The low shooting angle gives great eye contact, too bad about the oof rocks in the foreground. Often a tradeoff there and many times you don't get the chance to get to get another shot.

    Very nice erect pose, well exposed, and good low angle. Too bad about that oof fg rock, and I may have opened up a tad more to help smoothen the BG more. I love the in-focus rocks, and especially the snails (?) on them!
