    Default Snow Bunting.

It is always a treat to find a flock perching Snow Buntings above ground as they stay on the snow most of the time.
This time a small flock perched on wine branches.
    Thanks for looking.

Sweet bird and exquisite IQ, Karl. Your exposure is spot on. I like the dainty perch and the color it adds. Did you do any cleanup around the perch?

    The bunting is beautiful.
IQ is excellent and love the light on the breast and the good exposure.
I see some cloning work has been done around the perch and the tail. I would soften the transition areas with a cloning brush at ~ 50% opacity.
Easy fix to a lovely image,
    Gail

Not always easy to get them on a perch like this. Setup? Processing remnants should be easy to clean up, and worth the effort. Title changed for you

Thank you Sid, Gail Daniel and thank you all.

Daniel it was not a setup.
A wire ran parallel with the wine that I had to clone out and some shoots that were attached to the wine.
I revisited the clean up as you suggested.
I apologize for the flaws, my vision is not the best.

What a proud pose you captured here Karl with excellent detail and color. The branch and bg tie it all together nicely. It's a real beauty of a shot easliy framed and hung in a prominent area!
