    Very nice action shot Douglas. I like the colors and the details on the wings.

    My only comment would be if the head was just clear of the wingtips it might be a slight improvement, but as it is is really gives a sense of movement.

    Very nice image.
    The layered BG is really nice and the forward wing position is excellent.
    My only wish is that the head had cleared the wing completely,

    Very dynamic pose you got here!! Well exposed, sharp, and the wing positions are quite nice...I do wish for separation from the bill and wing though. I also find the goose low in the frame - cropping some off the top would work well IMO.

    I like the wing position, layered BG, sharpness and water drops add to the image. I agree with taking some off the top. Nice image of an overlooked species.

    Very nice sharpness and wing position. Agree that a bit of head separation would've been nice. A healthy crop from the top for a somewhat pano comp would work well I feel.
