A simple silhouette of a Bald Eagle perched just feet from his nest. I found it endearing as the parent seemed to be watching over the chick that was about six weeks old at the time.

    Superb composition Robert
Looks very nicely balanced, i may prefer to clean the 3 small twigs in front but not a necessary thing
the hook on the beak is so nicely sharp making it more interesting to the eye.

Excellent concept here, and well executed. I'd have preferred the eagle a tad lower within the moon, but this is still very cool as is. For sure I'd remove those thin twigs at top. Very well seen!

Nice concept...something I would like to do! I agree with Dan that if the eagle is a bit lower, it would have been better, but it's still a great image.

Very cool, well spotted and taken good advantage of.
I also would get rid of the twigs.

Well seen and executed, Robert. Agreed it would have been nice to see eagle a tad lower but maybe not possible. I am not into cloning too much, but I think I'd lose the twigs.

Your image design instincts are at their peak, here Robert !

Very nicely presented. Removing the dangling twigs would take it over the top.

Very effective. Well seen and executed. Another vote to ditch the twigs.
