An image from my garden of wildflowers. I used a texture overlay from Shadowhouse Creations, Nik Color Efex for a slight tonal contrast and vignette, Photoshop Film Grain and finally Glass>Distort>Glass with a canvas texture.
    Thanks for looking

Gorgeous! And undoubtedly surrealistic to those folks enduring the endless winter. (It just started here, with a few inches of rain that the TV news is treating like the Biblical flood.)

I wouldn't have guessed at the filter -- a lovely treatment of a lovely image!

Cheryl, this is stunning! A beautiful interpretation of the flowers with the textures, blending, saturated range of yellows and oranges and the 2 flowers centers with just a bit of detail, pulling the composition all together.

Really like the comp and the focus on the center of the bottom flower. I might lighten the center a bit more in CEP. Also I like the glass filter, you have given it a very painterly feel.

I love the play of light and color in this image Cheryl. The little bits of sharp focus here and there really add interest. You are a master of applying textures, something I struggle with for some reason! Very nice image and preview of spring.

Absolutely beautiful. Right away, the colors (and the mix of colors) and the flow of the image had me hooked. The depth of field is great, and so is your processing. This is one I'm to which I'm likely to keep returning for another look. It's nice that the flowers are from your own garden.
