Beautiful image of a snowy in a natural habitat without snow. Lovely pose, colors, BG. TFS. Loi

Nice image. I live the inclusion of the environment. The foreground grass is a little distracting but I don't mind it.

I'm a fan of the oof grass in the FG. I might desaturate the green on the bottom left area, but otherwise it's pretty sweet.

I think the whites are a bit grey on my monitor (maybe too much burning or detail extraction?), but otherwise a sweet image.

Agree with Iain. The foreground grass is distracting but in a way I like it in this image!. Well done.

    Thanks Miguel

I prepared this image for print on a matte textured paper. Greens on this paper print different that what they look on the screen. I have to check next time I see the print, but you are right, it is a bit distracting here. I toned down the lighter areas using a combo of luminosity masks and blending modes to extract detail.... and tried to remove any magenta, blue, and yellow cast from the bird alone. It looks good on paper.

Love everything about it Enrique! the raised wings and the soft light makes this one for me. I would keep the 3:2 ratio!

Very nice shot Enrique. I like the fact that its not in the snow as the owl really pops off the natural habitat well. I like the take off pose and the techs look great. Well done
