    Image cropped and bird sharpened with Smart Sharpen in CS6, Denoised in background.

    I captured this little guy in a bush, whilst walking in wooded area, Fife, Scotland. Light was limited due to the location.

    Hey William,

    You've got yourself a great portrait of a Chickadee here! Looks like you have some good detail throughout and a nice head angle. The nice catchlight is a nice bonus, too.

    In general, the image looks very overprocessed. I'd go back and use a lighter hand with some of the sliders. If you have some more room around the bird, I think it would be beneficial to the image.

    Thanks for the advice Miguel, I had to crop to this size as the rest of the image was filled with twigs and branches

    Well expose and sharp. If your birds are as easy as our chickadees to lure out of the thickets with seeds than that would be a fun option for you to explore.
